Many booking apps take a cut when they send you a new client. Bookuro doesn’t. Whether a customer finds you on the Bookuro app or books through your own link, you pay 0% commission on the booking.

Several popular booking platforms charge a one-off commission on a new client’s first booking when that client comes through their marketplace. For example, at the time of writing, Booksy’s optional Boost feature charges a one-time 30% fee on a new client’s first visit, Fresha charges a 20% one-time commission on new marketplace clients, and Treatwell charges 35% on first bookings from new marketplace clients. Most also charge a monthly subscription.
That commission comes off the price of the very appointment you worked hardest to win. On a £60 service, 30% is £18 gone before you’ve covered your costs.
