No. Bookuro works for any UK service business that takes appointments or bookings, including vehicle services, cleaners, trades, events, photographers, accountants and training providers.
Yes. You can mark each service as in store or call-out. For call-outs, customers add the address where they need you when they book.
Bookuro is currently free to join. When paid plans start it will be £30 per month, with 0% commission on bookings, unlimited bookings and up to 10 staff members at no extra cost.
No. Bookuro charges businesses 0% commission on bookings, including bookings from new customers who find you on the Bookuro app.
Bookuro is a map-based app, so your business appears on the map for customers nearby who are looking for what you offer. You can also share your own booking link on social media, WhatsApp or your website.
Yes. Every business on Bookuro has its own QR code. Customers scan it and go straight to your booking page, so you can put it in your shop window, on business cards, flyers, your van or your social media.
Yes. You choose whether to take an advance payment and how much, and you set your own cancellation rules, for example a 50% charge for cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment.
Payments for your bookings are paid out the next day.
Yes. Calendar sync helps you avoid double bookings by keeping Bookuro in line with the calendars you already use.
Yes. Reviews on Bookuro are verified, which means they come from customers who actually booked with you.
Customers who book through the Bookuro app may pay a small booking fee. The customer pays it, and it doesn’t come out of your earnings.
No. There is no minimum term and you can cancel any time from your profile in the app or by logging in to the web portal.
